Legal Framework & Media Institutional Development
Civil society participation will be promoted and supported in issues pertaining to legislation on media and practical application of legislative provisions.
Soros Foundation Moldova currently implements the following projects:
- Broadcast development in the Republic of Moldova through national legislation improvement in the domain (December, 1 2009 -, September, 30 2010 ) implemented by the Association of Electronic Press of Moldova (AELP)
- Freedom of Expression: Legal Stipulations and Real Practices (June 1, 2009 - February 28, 2010) implemented by the Association of Independent Press (AIP)
Other projects which relate to the program’s objectives drafted according to the Financing Solicitor’s Guide for the year 2010, can be submitted to the Media Program until the 15th day of every month.
