Law and Health Initiative
The Law and Health Initiative aims to foster collaboration among legal, human rights, medical, and public health practitioners to promote the use of legal remedies as a creative tool to advance public health.
Law and Health Initiatives Program is both a grant making and an operational program (administered directly by the Foundation)
In 2010 the program will:
- continue to offer support for providing necessary legal aid to HIV vulnerable groups
- continue to offer support for the increasing of the legal knowledge and capacity of public health practitioners and NGOs to make them better human rights advocates
- continue to offer support for the implementation of the Community for All Moldova project
