Guidelines for the development of the Final Hosting Project Report
The structure of the Final Report:
- Project name, local implementation team and project partners, including co- founders if available;
- Project stages, timetable, and location;
- Project goal and planned objectives;
- Target group – direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project;
- The proper Narrative Report (see the guidelines below);
- Annexes (agendas, list of participants, promotional materials, etc.).
The Narrative/Activity Report will contain the following information:
- The way the project was implemented and the results obtained;
- Extent to which the project goal and objectives have been achieved;
- The immediate and expected impact of the project;
- The usefulness of the project from the point of view of different groups of interest (NGOs, LPA, community, etc);
- Experience, lessons learned and new knowledge acquired within the project;
- Project contribution to improving the situation in the reference area;
- Appreciation of the co-operation with project partners in the achievement of the project objectives;
- Difficulties incurred during the project development that influenced the quality of its implementation;
- Actual and future opportunities offered by the project;
- Recommendations, conclusions and ideas for the future initiatives.
The final activity report will be submitted in English, printed and signed, as well as in electronic version, according to the deadline specified in the grant contract signed with the Foundation. When promotional or editorial materials are available, these are attached to the report.
If the beneficiary does not fulfill its obligations, the Foundation reserves the right to limit the grant beneficiary’s opportunities to participate to further activities supported within the Program.
