How to Apply to EE:PBB Program
How to Apply to EE:PBB Program
How to Apply to EEP/PBB
The project proposal is submitted to the EE:PBB Program Director till de date of March 15 and September 15. Each project is going to be discussed by the EE:PBB Program Advisory Board in each country and after its approval is submitted to the Open Society Foundation-London. After the review of the project by the Open Society Institute, whose evaluation is crucial, and its approval the organizer will receive a grant through the East East Program of the Soros Foundation-Moldova. The potential beneficiary will address the local foundation to discuss the proposal at least two-three months before the event's implementation. The submitted proposals require readiness of partners from abroad to be involved in the project elaboration and implementation. In the case of the bilateral initiatives the proposals are going to be discussed at the same time at the Open Society Foundation/Institution from the partner-country.
In case when you are not sure if your idea of developing a partnership initiative fits the program’s priorities you can contact the Program Director for advice or submit a CONCEPT PAPER on your proposal (one page). After examination of this concept the Program Director, in case it will correspond with program’s priorities, will invite you to develop the detailed project proposal and complete the APPLICATION FORM (APPLICATION FORM) that will be submitted on-line.
Information about the program and implemented projects is also available on the EE:PBB Program's website of the Open Society Institute:
